4. Intellectual property and contact

Rights in the software, its interfaces, documentation and website elements belong to THELOS or their respective owners. Their use is governed by the Terms of Use and legally applicable permissions. Customers do not transfer their rights in contributed data to THELOS by uploading it to the service.
